SHOCKER! 23-year-old man smokes pot
Yes, it's true and the picture is everywhere. A 23-year-old man has been photographed taking a bong hit. He has apologized, but it's probably too late. Soon, his brain will rot and he will take to committing petty crimes to pay for his habit. He will move on to harder, more dangerous drugs and die alone in an alley. He will never amount to anything. Let this be a lesson to you all. Marijuana ruins lives.

wow. The question that should be hanging over all of this is a simple "why the fuck does anyone care?"
Well, the reason that this is so much more important than the global financial crisis, the war in Iraq, climate change or anything else is that this man is an idol to billions and billions of children everywhere. If they see him smoke pot, then they'll smoke it too. And then those children will all die. And then we'll be left with nothing to eat when the economy tanks and we can't afford food. You see? It really is all connected.
Nothing to eat? What about all those dead children? Nature has a way of taking care of these minor bumps.
What we really have to worry about is if someone REALLY popular smoked pot. Imagine the carnage if say, someone like the Beatles did drugs?

Um, despite what every nearly government study has said, marijuana is a gateway drug that'll lead to heroin and cocaine and meth use. I mean, as long as you put the science and rational thought aside, marijuana will destroy our youth and our society and our country. Come on, don't you people think?
This isn't about science and rational thought, man, this is about the children!
Though it's been pointed out before, I think (and I say this as someone who smokes pot) marijuana is a gateway drug in a sense for some people.
Marijuana isn't a gateway to other drugs, but it IS a gateway to drug-dealers. A simple fix for this is to legalize and provide some kind of oversight and possible tax revenue to it's sale and distribution.
This will also drain ALL of the revenue generated by marijuana sales away from criminals and the black market.
That way, when all the children die from S.I.P.S. (sudden infant pot-death syndrome) you can blame it on the liberals. We all know that liberals base their decisions on whatever kills the most babies, right?
